CORPORATE MASSAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This page represents your booking terms and conditions as accepted upon placing a booking for a corporate massage with YeeFitSportsMassage.

Section 1. Payments
PAYMENTS
1. Payments may be made via our online secure payment facility or via bank transfer. Payment for any balance outstanding on the day of the function can only be accepted on one of our accepted credit/debit cards. An invoice will be issued in advance. Payment in advance is required in most circumstances unless agreed in advance at the time of booking.

Section 2. Deposits
In order to confirm your booking, a deposit agreed in advance will be requested. In the event that you cancel the event within 24 hours, this deposit will be used to cover the cancellation fee (see section 3), otherwise, the deposit will be taken off your final balance.

Section 3. CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION FEES - in the event of cancelling within 24 hours a cancellation fee will apply. which will be agreed upon in advance and confirmed in writing upon the acceptance of your booking. Failure to notify of the cancellation early enough prevents me from working on that day. Your deposit will be used first to settle any cancellation fees, and any remaining will be invoiced.

Section 4. Our safety
In order for me to provide a safe and effective massage, I will collect information from your staff, which I will need to store for insurance purposes for up to six years. This includes medical conditions.
I will be insured for my equipment and massage, and ask that you are equally insured and the premises that I will be working in conforms to HSE standards.
